Frank had a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering before he aspired to become an actor. Then he chose a career path in television while continuing his master's degree.
While visiting different places, he realized his potential in the real estate market. After completing his MBA, Frank started his internship in 2008.
Then, he bagged a job at M&A Real Estate Partners as an Asset Manager. He worked in the firm for seven years, from 2007 to 2015.
At the same time, he had already started his Birchstone Residential company in 2013 and Ashcroft Capital, LLC in 2014.
He is the co-founder and CEO of both companies. Similarly, his wife, Nicci, is an advisor at Ashcroft Capital, LLC.
